The new birth is not a change of religion, behavior, or lifestyle. It is a spiritual transformation that takes place inside a person. Through faith in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit gives birth to a new spirit—pure, righteous, and alive to God.

नया जन्म किसी धर्म, आदत या बाहरी जीवनशैली का परिवर्तन नहीं है। यह मनुष्य के भीतर होने वाला आत्मिक परिवर्तन है। यीशु मसीह पर विश्वास के द्वारा पवित्र आत्मा एक नई आत्मा उत्पन्न करता है—जो धर्मी, पवित्र और परमेश्वर के लिए जीवित होती है।

The Spirit Gives New Birth

Before salvation, every person is spiritually dead because of sin. No human effort can change this condition. Only the Holy Spirit has the power to give life to the human spirit. When a sinner believes the Word of Faith, the blood of Jesus cleanses the spirit, and the Holy Spirit gives birth to a brand-new spirit.

उद्धार से पहले हर मनुष्य आत्मिक रूप से मृत होता है, क्योंकि पाप ने उसे परमेश्वर से अलग कर दिया है। कोई भी मानवीय प्रयास इस स्थिति को नहीं बदल सकता। केवल पवित्र आत्मा ही मनुष्य की आत्मा को जीवन दे सकता है। जब कोई पापी विश्वास के वचन पर विश्वास करता है, तो यीशु का लहू उसकी आत्मा को शुद्ध करता है और पवित्र आत्मा उसमें नया जन्म देता है।

Born Again by the Spirit

Jesus taught that a person must be born of the Spirit to enter the Kingdom of God. This new birth is not emotional—it is real and spiritual. The Holy Spirit recreates the human spirit, making the believer a new creation in Christ.

यीशु ने सिखाया कि किसी व्यक्ति को परमेश्वर के राज्य में प्रवेश करने के लिए आत्मा से जन्म लेना आवश्यक है। यह नया जन्म केवल भावना नहीं है, बल्कि एक वास्तविक आत्मिक अनुभव है। पवित्र आत्मा मनुष्य की आत्मा को नई रचना बनाता है और उसे मसीह में नया जीवन देता है।

A New Creation in Christ

When the Holy Spirit gives new birth, the old sinful nature is replaced with a new righteous nature. The believer does not become improved—they become new. This new spirit is created in righteousness and holiness, according to God’s nature.

जब पवित्र आत्मा नया जन्म देता है, तो पुरानी पापी प्रकृति समाप्त हो जाती है और उसकी जगह नई धार्मिक प्रकृति आ जाती है। विश्वासी केवल सुधारा नहीं जाता—वह पूरी तरह नई रचना बन जाता है। यह नई आत्मा परमेश्वर की प्रकृति के अनुसार धर्म और पवित्रता में उत्पन्न होती है।

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
(2 Corinthians 5:17)

“यदि कोई मसीह में है, तो वह नई सृष्टि है; पुरानी बातें बीत गई हैं; देखो, सब कुछ नया हो गया है।”
